Key Responsibilities
- • Design and curate high-quality training data sets reflecting authentic psychiatric scenarios and clinical best practices.
- • Assess and enhance AI models by providing expert feedback on diagnostic accuracy, psychopharmacological recommendations, and psychotherapy approaches.
- • Collaborate with AI developers and researchers to translate psychiatric knowledge into AI-understandable formats.
- • Review and validate AI-generated outputs to ensure they align with established ethical, legal, and clinical guidelines (DSM-5 / ICD-10).
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI systems, focusing on psychopathology, neuropsychiatry, and risk assessment protocols.
- • Produce detailed, well-structured written and verbal reports documenting training processes and findings.
- • Engage in knowledge-sharing and multidisciplinary collaboration within the team to drive research and innovation in AI for psychiatry.
Required
- • Psychiatrist with substantial clinical experience.
- • Be proficient in Korean or Japanese and English languages
- • Deep expertise in diagnostic assessment using DSM-5 and/or ICD-10 criteria.
- • Proficient in psychopharmacology, psychotherapy approaches, and the management of psychiatric disorders.
- • Strong foundation in psychopathology, neuropsychiatry, and risk assessment/crisis intervention.
- • Comprehensive understanding of ethical and legal issues in psychiatry.
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and clarity.
- • Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, remote environment and meet deadlines.
- • Bilingual Proficiency: Must possess business-level fluency in English plus at least one additional language from the following list: Portuguese, German, Japanese, Persian (Farsi), Polish, Korean, Dutch, Russian, Turkish, French, Arabic, Italian, Indonesian, or Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
