This role involves ensuring the clinical validity of ontology and guidelines by approving definitions and examples for target procedures, reviewing and signing off on critical cases, and resolving escalated adjudications. Key Responsibilities
- • Approve ontology, definitions, and examples for the target procedure(s).
- • Review and sign off “golden set” and high-risk label classes/events.
- • Resolve escalated adjudication cases; document rationale when needed.
- • Participate in periodic calibration reviews and guideline evolution.

- • Board-certified clinician or domain SME with relevant specialty experience
- • Comfortable reviewing video clips efficiently
