Join an established Trauma group at Northside’s only Level II Trauma Center, working in a high acuity environment with a light call schedule and a large team. The role involves managing traumatic injuries and complex surgical cases, participating in on-call coverage, and collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- • Management of traumatic injuries and complex surgical cases
- • Participate in on-call coverage and respond to trauma activations
- • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- • Provide patient-centered care with compassion and empathy
Required
- • MD or DO from an accredited institution
- • BC/BE in General Surgery and/or Surgical Critical Care
- • Fellowship training or extensive experience in Trauma Surgery
- • Valid state of Georgia medical license and DEA registration
- • Demonstrated proficiency in the management of traumatic injuries and complex surgical cases
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- • Ability to participate in on-call coverage and respond to trauma activations
