This role involves providing quality clinical care in a high-volume Gastroenterology practice with a focus on ERCP procedures. The physician will also provide inpatient critical care, outpatient services, teaching, supervision, and participate in coding, compliance, and administrative responsibilities.

We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Gastroenterologist with expertise in ERCP procedures.
You will be part of a high-volume and high-producing Gastroenterology practice, consisting of 8 Gastroenterologists and supported by 10 APPs, 4 Nurses and 8 Medical Assistants. Our physicians provide inpatient critical care at WakeMed as well as outpatient services and procedures.
Locations in Raleigh, North Raleigh and Cary.
The WakeMed Physician is responsible for providing quality clinical care to patients cared for by their division. The Physician may be responsible for providing teaching and supervision to residents, medical students and/or APPs within their division. The Physician is responsible for appropriate coding and corporate compliance and may be responsible for some general administrative responsibilities of the practice. Physician reports directly to the Director of their assigned division and understands and supports the mission values, and management of WakeMed Physician Practices and WakeMed.
