PPG # Family Medicine, LaGrange, Sharp Office is located at 2600 N. Detroit St. (S.R.9), LaGrange, IN 46761 Hours of practice are: Monday # Wednesday 8 a.m. # 5 p.m. / Thursday # Friday 7 a.m. # 4 p.m. Team consists of physician and nurse practitioners Call schedule: County call rotation only for physicians The call center allows for a very light and manageable call with excellent work/life balance.
