Key Responsibilities
- • Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all medical services across Keta Medical Center locations.
- • Manage and supervise physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff
- • Develop, implement, and maintain clinical protocols, policies, and quality standards for ketamine therapy and related services.
- • Oversee clinical quality assurance and patient safety initiatives.
- • Provide direct patient care as needed, including evaluation and administration oversight for ketamine therapy.
- • Support training and professional development of clinical staff.
- • Participate in clinical documentation standards, medical record review, and risk management.
Required
- • MD/DO New York and/or New Jersey Medical License, graduate from an accredited medical school.
- • Minimum 10 years of post-residency clinical experience.
- • Demonstrated medical administrative or leadership experience (Medical Director, Assistant Medical Director, Clinical Director, or similar role).
- • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Position Overview
The Medical Director will oversee the clinical operations of Keta Medical Center across our New York City Metro and New Jersey locations. This role combines medical leadership, administrative management, and direct patient care. This is an onsite position and will require travel to our clinics in the New York City metro area and New Jersey.
