Park Nicollet Health Services
Primary Care Physicians will work in an outpatient setting performing a range of in-clinic procedures and be supported by a multidisciplinary care team including inbasket support, on-site department assistants, and registered nurses. The role emphasizes teamwork, clinician development, and participation in initiatives to improve patient care within a large multi-specialty care system.

Park Nicollet Clinics – Plymouth is seeking part-time or full-time (.6-1.0 FTE) Primary Care Physicians to join their team. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day.
As a Primary Care Clinician, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine. This is an out-patient position where you will have the ability to perform a range of in-clinic procedures.
