Intensivist
This role focuses on providing critical care to patients in a 28-bed ICU encompassing medical, surgical, and cardiac cases. The intensivist will lead daily multi-disciplinary rounds and collaborate closely with a team of board-certified Critical Care physicians and APPs, utilizing EPIC and an internal informatics platform.
Key Responsibilities

- • Lead daily multi-disciplinary rounds as part of the larger Critical Care team
- • Work in EPIC, with access to our own internal informatics platform
Required
- • Board-certified/eligible in critical care medicine
- • Successful completion of a critical care medicine fellowship in the United States
- • Authorized to work in the United States

- We take pride in our well-established team at Bon Secours Southside Medical Center
- Work alongside an experienced team of board-certified Critical Care physicians and experienced Critical Care APPs to care for the sickest patients
- Board-certified/eligible in critical care medicine
- Successful completion of a critical care medicine fellowship in the United States
- Authorized to work in the United States
- 12-hour day shifts with rotating back-up call to experienced nocturnist APP
- Average of 15 shifts per month as part of the intensivist team using a modified block schedule
- No nights
- Your focus will be on patients in the 28-bed ICU (medical/surgical/cardiac)
- You will lead daily multi-disciplinary rounds as part of the larger Critical Care team
- We work in EPIC, with access to our own internal informatics platform
