Hospitalist Physician
Join a well-established hospitalist group dedicated towards sustainability, excellent patient care, and education. Manage approximately 12 average patients per day with 2-3 night shifts per month on a 7 on/7 off schedule, including care in an 8 bed ICU with required experience in ventilator management.
Key Responsibilities
- • Manage approximately 12 average patients per day

- • Admit approximately 3 patients per day per physician
- • Provide care in an 8 bed ICU with experience in ventilator management
Required
- • ACLS certified
- • Board certified or board eligible in IM or FM
- • Eligibility to work in the United States
- • Experience in vent management required
- • Should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented
Preferred
- • Basic IM procedures preferred, but not required

Samaritan Albany General Hospital is a 79-bed acute care facility located in historic downtown Albany, Oregon. Rich in history, the current hospital is built in the same location as first Albany hospital and is a level IV trauma center providing medical services to the greater Albany, Oregon area.
Our award-winning health system provides exceptional primary care and a range of specialty services throughout the mid-Willamette Valley and Central Oregon coast. The network serves approximately 300,000 residents in Linn, Benton, Lincoln and portions of Polk and Marion counties.
