The Cognitive Neurologist will join a multidisciplinary team at the Baptist Health Miami Neuroscience Institute, focusing on dementia evaluation, neurodegenerative disease, cognitive decline, and memory care. Key Responsibilities
- • Provide dementia evaluation, neurodegenerative disease assessment, cognitive decline diagnosis, and multidisciplinary memory care

Required
- • MD/DO from an accredited institution
- • Active and unrestrictive medical license (or eligibility for licensure by start date)
- • Satisfactory completion of all required due diligence tasks and credentialing
- • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)
- • Additional fellowship training in Behavioral Neurology and Neuropsychiatry (BNNP), Cognitive Neurology or Memory Disorders
Preferred
- • Certification by the United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties (UCNS) in Behavioral Neurology and Neuropsychiatry (BNNP)

The team, which includes over two dozen physicians across eight locations, perform over 1,500 surgeries each year, and offers more than 30 clinical research studies, includes experts in a wide range of specialties, including neurosurgery, nonsurgical spine care and pain management, neuroradiology, interventional neuroradiology, neuro-oncology, radiation oncology and neurology.
