This full-time role involves providing care to urgent care and after-hours patients within the Family Medicine department, treating non-emergent illnesses and injuries. The physician will perform minor procedures and manage patients of all ages in a full-service urgent care setting, requiring independent work and strong clinical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide care to ARC’s Urgent Care and After Hours patients treating non-emergent illness and injuries
- • Work within the Family Medicine department
- • Perform minor procedures including laceration repair, Abscess I and D, Foreign Body removal, acute fracture management
- • Work independently with exceptional clinical skills
Required
- • Board Certified in Family Medicine
- • Licensed to practice in Texas
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in primary care outpatient medicine or Urgent Care
- • Proficient in working with patients of all ages in a full-service urgent care type setting

Essential Responsibilities:
This full-time position will work within our growing Urgent Care department. The new Urgent Care – Family Medicine physician will work within the Family Medicine department to provide care to ARC’s Urgent Care and After Hours patients treating non-emergent illness and injuries. Must be proficient in working with patients of all ages, in a full-service urgent care type setting, including minor procedures (laceration repair, Abscess I and D, Foreign Body removal, acute fracture management). The ideal candidate should have 2 years minimum of experience in primary care outpatient medicine or Urgent Care. Candidates must be able to work independently and have exceptional clinical skills. Board Certified in Family Medicine required and must be licensed to practice in Texas.
