Required
- • Must have a Medical degree (M.D., D.O.) or equivalent;
- • Completion of residency in Internal Medicine,
- • Completion of fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease.
- • Must be Board certified in Internal Medicine;
- • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible for certification in Cardiovascular Disease, Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology, or Interventional Cardiology.
- • Must have a valid unrestricted PA medical license or eligibility.
