Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient clinical Rheumatology services encompassing all aspects of clinical Rheumatology
  • Establish the rheumatology service line in Waco
Required
  • Fellowship trained, board certified or board eligible Rheumatologist
  • Doctorate Degree in Medicine
  • Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
  • Where Applicable - Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
Preferred
  • Clinical practice experience preferred to establish the rheumatology service line in Waco

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an experienced BC/BE Rheumatologist to join our rapidly expanding Department of Medicine in Waco, Texas. We offer an outpatient mix, which encompasses all aspects of clinical Rheumatology.

The Waco Rheumatology clinic is housed within a multi-specialty group practice comprised also of Family Medicine, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Dermatology, Endocrinology and Gastroenterology. Waco is 45 minutes north of Temple and functions as a satellite clinic of the Temple campus.

Qualifications

  • Doctorate Degree in Medicine
  • Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
