Pulmonary & Critical Care- Physician- Mason City, Iowa- $150,000 bonus package!
This role involves working as part of a Pulmonary Critical Care team providing inpatient and outpatient care in an 18-bed ICU setting. The position includes teaching opportunities for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents and medical students, as well as potential outreach for pulmonary services across a 14-county network.
Key Responsibilities
- • Join the team of 2 Pulmonary Critical Care Physicians and 2 Intensivists
- • Provide inpatient and outpatient pulmonary critical care
- • Work in an 18-bed ICU
- • Teach Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Residents and medical students
- • Provide outreach potential for Pulmonary services in a 14-county network
Required
- • Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school
- • Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program
- • Board certified or board eligible
- • Must be board certified within 3 years of becoming eligible
- • Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges
- • Above average communication skills
- • Ability to work with a team
- • Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license
- • Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate
- • Federal DEA Certificate
- • EOE/drug screen required
