Physician - Endocrinology/Diabetology
This role involves working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive endocrinology care aimed at excellent patient outcomes. The position offers flexibility for full-time or part-time practice within a collegial group of endocrinologists using Epic EMR.

- • BE/BC in Endocrinology
- • Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana

Ideal candidates will have an interest in working collaboratively and seamlessly with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes.
BE/BC in Endocrinology and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana; completion of a fellowship in an accredited endocrinology training program
