Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician
This role involves providing pulmonary and critical care services with a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care. The position includes working in an open ICU with 18 beds, managing an average daily patient volume of 15-20 inpatients and 12-15 outpatients, and offers academic opportunities to work with internal medicine residents and medical students.
Key Responsibilities
- • Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital.
- • Pulmonary and Critical Care.
- • Mix of Inpatient and Outpatient – 50% Pulmonary and 50% Critical Care.
- • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM with at least 1-2 weekends a month.
- • Academic Opportunity – opportunity to work with Internal Medicine Residency, US and Foreign Medical Students.
- • 18 ICU beds / Open ICU.
- • Average Daily Patient Volume: Inpatient 15-20 patients; Outpatient 12-15 patients.
- • Starting with a base salary of $350,000.00 (negotiable) with Productivity Bonus based on collections.
- • Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Reimbursement will be given.
- • The position is in Victorville, CA – around 45 minutes away from Rancho Cucamonga, CA & Ontario, CA.
- • Other benefits include health insurance (EPO/HMO at no cost to the provider), 401(k) retirement plan, CME allowance, malpractice insurance, and paid time off (PTO).
