Physician - Stones Crossing Family Medicine
This role involves providing outpatient family medicine care within a team-based care model at a rapidly growing medical pavilion. The physician will collaborate with a large group of specialists and utilize a fully integrated EPIC EMR system to meet community healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities

Required
- • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- • Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
