Provide high-quality medical care within primary care or specialty fields, managing acute and chronic conditions and developing patient-centered treatment plans. Coordinate care with specialists and hospital teams while maintaining accurate medical documentation and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans
  • Coordinate care with specialists, hospital teams, and allied health professionals
  • Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
  • Participate in quality improvement and clinical initiatives as appropriate
Required
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited residency program in applicable specialty
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in relevant specialty
  • Current, unrestricted state medical license (or eligibility)
  • DEA registration (or eligibility)
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
  • Ability to meet credentialing and privileging requirements
