- • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- • Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans

- • Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
- • Participate in quality improvement and clinical initiatives as appropriate
Required
- • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- • Completion of an accredited residency program in applicable specialty
- • Board Certified or Board Eligible in relevant specialty
- • Current, unrestricted state medical license (or eligibility)
- • DEA registration (or eligibility)
- • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- • Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
- • Ability to meet credentialing and privileging requirements
