Required
- • Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
- • MD or DO; eligible for medical licensure in Wisconsin
- • Must reside within 20 miles of assigned practice location
- • Recent graduates (2020 and later) encouraged to apply
- • Visa sponsorship not available
