Key Responsibilities

- • Work 36 patient contact hours and 4 admin hours per week
Required
- • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency program
- • Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
- • Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Iowa
Preferred
- • 3 years clinical experience preferred

The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time Family or Internal Medicine Physician to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in West Burlington, IA!
Position Highlights:
- Work/Life Balance: flexible & consistent schedule within clinic hours of M/T/W/Th: 7AM - 6 PM; Fri: 7am - 5 PM
- Full-Time Role: 36 patient contact hours, 4 admin hours per week seeing on average 18-20 patients per day
- Full supportive provider team includes: 2 physicians, 3 advanced practice providers
- Financial Support: Eligible for up to $50,000 in student loan repayment through state & federal programs
- Competitive Salary: starting around $270,000 and up based upon experience + quality & productivity incentives
