Physician, Cardiology (Non-Invasive/Advanced Cardiac Imaging)

The role involves providing expert care in advanced cardiac imaging within the Heart and Vascular Institute, including inpatient and outpatient cardiology, structural and interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiothoracic surgery, and vascular surgery. The cardiologist will utilize advanced imaging techniques such as cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, and echocardiography.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert care in inpatient and outpatient cardiology
  • Perform advanced cardiac imaging including cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, and echocardiography
  • Participate in structural and interventional cardiology
  • Engage in electrophysiology, cardiothoracic surgery, and vascular surgery support
Required
  • M.D. or D.O.
  • Board certification or eligible in Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging
  • Board certification or eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
  • Experienced in echocardiography, cardiac MRI, and cardiac CT
  • Must have or be able to obtain an unrestricted California medical license

Base Salary Range*: $469,486 to $525,000

  • The salary range above is an estimated annual base salary for a full-time position. Your Total Rewards would include a base salary plus performance-based compensation (productivity and value-based incentives). Our compensation models utilize fair market value data specific to your specialty.

Position Summary

MemorialCare Medical Group (MCMG) is looking for a board-certified Cardiologist, fellowship-trained in advanced cardiac imaging, to join the Heart and Vascular Institute at MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center in beautiful southern California. The board-certified Cardiologist must have completed additional fellowship training in advanced cardiac imaging and be certified in cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, and echocardiography.

MemorialCare Heart and Vascular Institute provides expert care in inpatient and outpatient cardiology, advanced cardiac imaging, structural and interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiothoracic surgery, and vascular surgery.

  • Location: Long Beach, CA

Qualifications

  • M.D. or D.O.
