This faculty position involves serving patients in pediatric hematology/oncology at multiple University of Kentucky locations. Key Responsibilities
- • Serve patients at the University of Kentucky, Kentucky Children’s Hospital and Kentucky Clinic.
- • Provide primary care, secondary care of children with problems within the expertise of practicing physicians, and tertiary care for these patients.
- • Support and consult in administrative and research activities to enhance survivorship and neuro-oncological research conducted in pediatrics and the Markey Cancer Center as part of the Kentucky Cancer Program.
- • Develop specialty referral clinics in niche areas of pediatric hematology-oncology.

Job Summary
The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine is seeking an Assistant, Associate or Professor to serve on the Hematology/Oncology service.
This position will serve patients at the University of Kentucky, Kentucky Children’s Hospital and Kentucky Clinic. The Division’s responsibilities lie in the areas of primary care, secondary care of children with problems that fall within the area of expertise of practicing physicians and tertiary care for these patients. The position also includes a supportive and consultative role in the administrative and research to enhance survivorship and neurooncological research being conducted pediatrics and the Markey Cancer Center as part of the function of the Kentucky Cancer Program, and in the development of specialty referral clinics in niche areas of pediatric hematology-oncology.
