Join a physician-led hospitalist program providing inpatient care at a 450-bed regional referral center with strong intensivist and specialty support. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inpatient care for patients referred by community physicians and the emergency room
  • Manage selected ICU patients in coordination with 24/7 medical and surgical intensivist coverage
  • Optional procedures include central line and airway skills, with support from vascular access team, RT, ICU, and Anesthesia
  • Participate in cross-coverage shared with evening (split) team for seamless hand-offs
  • Admit patients for nearly all services except selected surgical subspecialties
Required
  • Board-certified/board-eligible physician
  • Ability to work 7 AM – 7 PM (12-hour shift) on a 7-on / 7-off schedule
  • Experience with inpatient care and hospitalist duties
  • Comfort with Epic EMR system

The BSA Hospitalist Group includes 36 board-certified/board-eligible physicians and 8 advanced practice providers managing a daily census of approximately 230–240 patients. About the Role Schedule: 7 AM – 7 PM (12-hour shift) | 7-on / 7-off Primary Duties: Our service provides inpatient care for patients referred by community physicians and the emergency room.
