Join an established ENT group with on-site audiology and testing, supported by experienced staff and mentorship opportunities. The role offers a flexible schedule, smart technology to reduce administrative burden, and a well-stocked modern OR, providing a balanced patient load and light call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- • Join an established group of 2 ENTs, 1 APP, 1 Audiologist, 1 Audiology Tech
- • Utilize on-site Audiology and testing available along with experienced support staff
- • Provide first assist surgical support
- • Participate in mentorship opportunities
- • Work Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.; Friday 8 a.m. -12 p.m.
- • Follow a flexible scheduling model: 2.5 days outpatient vs. 2 days OR
- • Use Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to automate documentation, reduce administrative burden, improve patient flow, and ensure accurate coding
- • Handle a light call schedule of 5 days/month
- • Manage an expected patient load of 20 patients/day
- • Operate in a well-stocked modern OR with 4K endoscopes, stealth navigation, NIM vital

- • BE/BC Otolaryngologist
