Administrative Medical Director, Psychiatrist - Villa Fairmont
The Medical Director provides strategic leadership and medical oversight to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care. The role involves operational management, compliance, quality assurance, and fostering provider relations to optimize organizational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission, goals, and objectives.
- • Supervise and support clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.
- • Collaborate with leaders to improve operational efficiency and implement new policies.
- • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, and spearhead quality improvement initiatives.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to promote collaboration and engagement.
- • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve organizational goals and optimize outcomes.
Required
- • A minimum of 2 years medical leadership experience
- • A minimum of 2 years clinical experience in the treatment of adults with serious mental illness, including those with comorbid medical and/or substance use disorders
- • A medical degree from a medical school accredited by the American Medical Association or the American Osteopathic Association and successful completion of residency training program in psychiatry
- • An active California Medical License, in good standing
- • An active California DEA license

Medical Director - Up to 16 hours per week, Administrative duties only (50% remote, 50% on site. Tuesdays and Wednesdays preferred, can be flexible)
Compensation
Employee Rate: $290,305k - $322,561k annually (Includes malpractice insurance)
Contractor-1099: $250 - $273 per hour (must have or provide your own malpractice insurance)

Compensation
