Key Responsibilities
- • Clinical lead of a new Clozapine clinic and is responsible for all aspects of patient care on the team, including safety and quality.
- • Complete admission assessment, with a focus on comprehensive risk assessment for all new intakes, and re-assessment of patients in a timely fashion consistent with policy.
- • Complete treatment plan documentation consistent with policy and appropriate to patients' risk level.
- • Participate in Performance Improvement, Quality Assurance and Clinical pertinence activities.
- • Participate in utilization review and management and maintain focus on patient experience, access to care, and operational efficiency.
