Melissa Memorial Hospital
This role involves providing full-spectrum family medicine care including outpatient, inpatient, swing bed, and emergency department services. The physician will manage a patient load of 15–20 per day, participate in on-call ED oversight every third week, and have opportunities for leadership roles such as Chief of Staff or hospital committee chair.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide outpatient, inpatient, swing bed, and emergency department care
- • Manage 15–20 patients per day
- • Participate in on-call emergency department oversight every third week
- • Use Athena EMR and Dragon dictation
- • Collaborate with one dedicated medical assistant and nursing/hospital support staff
- • Relocate to Holyoke, Colorado with relocation assistance
- • Opportunity to serve as Chief of Staff or chair hospital committee with additional compensation
Required
- • MD or DO degree from an accredited program
- • Board certified/board eligible in Family Medicine
- • Eligible for Colorado medical licensure
- • BLS and ACLS
- • Current DEA
- • Must have a clean background and drug screen

- • Bilingual preferred
