Retina Specialist

This role involves working in a high-volume retina-only practice with a strong referral base and experienced retina-trained staff. The specialist will focus on patient care supported by full operational and administrative resources, utilizing advanced retinal diagnostics, lasers, and surgical technology with opportunities for long-term growth and partnership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in an established retina-only practice with high injection and surgical volume
  • Collaborate with a strong referral base from comprehensive ophthalmologists and optometrists across Central Texas
  • Operate within an efficient clinic flow supported by experienced retina-trained staff
  • Focus on patient care with full operational and administrative support
  • Utilize advanced retinal diagnostics, lasers, and surgical technology
  • Pursue long-term growth and partnership within the retina practice
Required
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist (MD / DO)
  • Fellowship-trained in Vitreoretinal Surgery
  • Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain
  • Strong intravitreal injection and surgical retina experience
  • Collaborative, patient-focused approach to care

Location: Austin, TX Compensation: Guaranteed Base + Productivity Incentive + Partnership Track Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Qualifications

Qualifications 

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist (MD / DO) 
  • Fellowship-trained in Vitreoretinal Surgery 
  • Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain

  • Collaborative, patient-focused approach to care
