Digital Health Director | MD
The Digital Health Director | MD is responsible for architecting the future of virtual care by scaling the telehealth platform, integrating remote monitoring technologies, and ensuring digital consultations maintain clinical rigor and patient intimacy. This role leads the digital transformation of healthcare delivery by expanding telehealth capabilities to provide immediate medical access through an innovative platform.
Key Responsibilities
- • Architect the long-term telehealth strategy, including the expansion into specialized virtual clinics (e.g., chronic disease management, mental health).
- • Direct the integration of remote patient monitoring (RPM) and diagnostic tools into the virtual care workflow to enhance clinical outcomes.
- • Lead the design of telehealth quality-of-care benchmarks and ensure 100% compliance with digital health regulations and data privacy laws.
- • Oversee the recruitment and training strategy for a national network of virtual healthcare providers to ensure service scalability.
- • Drive the adoption of telehealth among corporate and pharma partners by demonstrating clinical efficacy and patient engagement data.
Required
- • Registered Physician with an active PRC license.
- • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Medicine, or a related field.
- • 6-12 years of experience in healthcare management, with a specific focus on telehealth or digital health platforms.
- • Proven track record of scaling virtual service operations and managing remote medical teams.
- • Deep understanding of digital health regulations and patient engagement technologies.
- • Must work onsite in Makati City.
