About the Company
The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking an academic leader to fill the position for the Division Chief of General Obstetrics and Gynecology. The University of Texas Southwestern is the home of the largest residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and likely the busiest clinical program in the United States. We have over 100 faculty members, 209 classified staff, 72 residents and 16 fellows. The Department has a robust research program and excellent postgraduate training programs. Our faculty practice across two complementary clinical settings: Parkland Health, where we serve a broad and underrepresented patient population, and William P. Clements University Hospital, which provides a tertiary, university-based environment for patients. This combination offers exceptional breadth and depth of clinical experience.
