Required
- • Active clinical license (MD, DO, NP, or PA) with current or recent patient care experience in a primary care setting

Preferred
- • Familiarity with EHR systems, AI integration workflows, and AI evaluations
- • Experience in clinical informatics, health policy, or digital health
- • Prior involvement in AI evaluation, safety review, and governance processes
- • Comfort presenting to external audiences on clinical AI topics
- • Proven communication skills with the ability to engage both clinical and engineering audiences
- • Demonstrated ability to translate clinical workflows into technical requirements

About The Team
You'll join the Clinical AI team at Amazon Health Services, working at the forefront of healthcare technology. The team partners closely with product and engineering to shape how AI tools are built and evaluated across the organization.
Basic Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
