Key Responsibilities
- • Perform psychiatric and diagnostic evaluations for DJJ-involved youth
- • Review medical, psychiatric, and collateral records
- • Provide clear diagnostic opinions and treatment recommendations
- • Conduct evaluations on-site at DJJ facilities (no ongoing medication management required)
Required
- • Active, unrestricted Florida license as a Psychiatrist (MD or DO)
- • Ability to perform in-person evaluations
- • Strong diagnostic and documentation skills
Preferred
- • Experience with psychiatric evaluations, forensic work, or juvenile populations preferred
