Interventional Radiology Physician (MD/DO) - UNC Health Caldwell

Required
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Interventional Radiology residency or fellowship program
  • Board certified or board eligible in both Diagnostic & Interventional Radiology
  • Eligible for or ability to obtain North Carolina medical licensure
  • Active member of the Caldwell Hospital Medical Staff, including meeting the Board Certification requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of medicine
  • DEA license
  • ACLS certification
  • Proficient communication in English
  • High-level quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Preferred
  • North Carolina Medical License
  • BLS/ACLS certification
  • Board certified in Diagnostic & Interventional Radiology

Interventional Radiologist needed for UNC Caldwell in Lenoir, NC (FT/PT/PRN)

UNC Health is currently seeking a clinically oriented, board-certified or board-eligible Interventional Radiologist to join our team at UNC Health Caldwell in Lenoir, NC.

We are seeking personable and engaging Interventional radiologists to join the team working onsite full-time, part-time or per diem.

  • Located in the Greater Hickory Metro Area of NC!
  • Will perform procedures in the radiology department, as well as outpatient work

Education Requirements:

  • Active member of the Caldwell Hospital Medical Staff, including meeting the Board Certification requirements. Graduation from an accredited school of medicine.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

  • DEA;ACLS;MD

Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Should be able to communicate proficiently in English.

REASONING ABILITY

High-level quantitative and qualitative reason skills are essential in order to diagnosis medical and clinical issues presented by patients.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

North Carolina Medical License, DEA License, BLS/ACLS certification preferred. Board certified in Diagnostic & Interventional Radiology.
