PRN Physician
This role involves providing high quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions. The focus is on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships with smaller patient panels and longer appointment times.

Required
- • MD or DO
- • Active state license required
- • Board certified (or eligible) in Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
- • CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
