Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (HMFP) is expanding its Advanced Urgent Care clinical offerings in Massachusetts, including Beth Israel Deaconess Healthcare - Chestnut Hill Urgent Care Center, Beth Israel Deaconess Urgent Care - Chelsea, Beth Israel Lahey Health Urgent Care – Quincy, Beth Israel Lahey Health Urgent Care – Dedham and Beth Israel Lahey Health Urgent Care – Watertown.

Urgent Care with a Degree of Difference
HMFP Urgent Care sites are fully integrated across the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center network and medical records system, allowing seamless communication of clinical information with specialists and primary care doctors. Its locations offer a high level of expertise not seen in most urgent care settings, with every patient seen by an Emergency Medicine physician. Located in the suburbs of beautiful and historic Boston, HMFP staffed Urgent Care sites offer its Physicians a wide range of options for living and abundant educational, cultural and recreational opportunities all accessible within an hour’s drive or by public transportation.
Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians and Longwood Specialty Physicians Emergency Medicine are a network of practitioners clinically serving multiple community EDs and Urgent Care Centers affiliated with the tertiary, academic Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) in Boston.

Pay Range:
$130,000 - $325,700The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
