The role involves maintaining awareness of scientific and market trends, providing critical evaluations, and leading training programs to enhance team knowledge across business units.
Key Responsibilities
- • Support the sales and business development teams to ensure the appropriate incorporation of clinical and scientific information in a timely and customer-focused manner.
- • Maintain awareness of current state of cell & gene therapy (literature and competitive intelligence) and provide critical evaluations on the clinical and commercial viability of cell & gene pipeline.
- • Maintain company’s credibility by being on leading edge on the state of science and shifts in clinical and treatment paradigms
- • Identify, track, and communicate cell & gene therapy market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape, and find opportunities for increasing customer and business value through differentiated cell & gene solutions.
- • Increase enterprise-wide team knowledge in cell & gene by providing synthesis and rapid communication of competitive intelligence
- • Lead and contribute to the establishment of cell & gene training programs for internal teams across business units on an ongoing and ad hoc basis
- • Attend key conferences and provide key takeaways on relevant clinical, pre-clinical, manufacturing, and economic data at internal meetings
- • Provide strategic and scientific guidance to commercial leaders to inform understanding of process/solution relationships
- • Responsible for reviewing scientific information and recommending changes to customer presentations and marketing materials
- • Responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with decision-makers across business units to effectively achieve business results.
Required
- • Experience working in cell & gene therapy drug development and/or commercialization
- • 8 – 10+ years related experience in biopharma or strategic consulting, including a thorough understanding of drug development, commercialization, market dynamics, and go-to-market considerations.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including client presentations and training programs.
- • Well-developed communication and influencing skills with the ability to distill complexity down to what matters to our stakeholders
- • Direct experience and working knowledge of a wide range of drug products.
- • Development and maintenance of work processes in line with customer needs and expectations.
- • Time management and multi-tasking skills.

What you'll have:
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
An advanced degree (MS, MD, PhD, or PharmD) is preferred.
Experience working in cell & gene therapy drug development and/or commercialization
8 – 10+ years related experience in biopharma or strategic consulting, including a thorough understanding of drug development, commercialization, market dynamics, and go-to-market considerations.

Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massacusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
