Provide high-quality primary care in a collaborative, team-based environment. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, performing routine exams and preventive care, prescribing medications, and supporting advanced practice providers.
Key Responsibilities
- • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- • Perform routine exams, preventive care, and follow-ups
- • Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
- • Work closely with NP/PA providers and care teams
- • Coordinate care including labs, imaging, and referrals
- • Provide guidance and consultation to advanced practice providers as needed
- • Complete accurate and timely charting
- • Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Required
- • Active California MD or DO license
- • Board-certified or board-eligible
- • Comfortable with diverse patient populations, including LGBTQ+ care
Preferred
- • Experience in primary care preferred
- • Efficient and patient-focused
- • Adaptable and tech-comfortable
- • Team-oriented with strong communication skills
