The Medical Director will provide medical and scientific oversight for early phase clinical trials, ensuring subject safety and data integrity. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and interpret clinical studies, contributing to clinical development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- • Providing medical and scientific oversight for clinical trials, ensuring the safety of subjects and the integrity of trial data.
- • Collaborating with clinical operations, regulatory, and safety teams to drive the successful execution of early phase clinical studies.
- • Developing and reviewing clinical study protocols, study reports, and other key study documents.
- • Interpreting clinical trial data and providing medical insights to inform decision-making and guide clinical development strategies.
Required
- • Medical degree (MD) or (DO)
- • Extensive experience in clinical research and development, ideally as a Principal Investigator for Early Phase clinical trials
- • Clinical Practice Experience, ideally in general medicine.
- • Strong understanding of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines.
- • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on interpreting clinical data and driving evidence-based decisions.
- • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams.

- • Medical Monitoring experience highly preferred

We are currently seeking a Medical Director to support the medical monitoring of our Early Phase Clinical trials. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and oversee clinical trials, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data and contributing to the advancement of innovative therapies and treatments.
What You Will Be Doing:

Collaborating with clinical operations, regulatory, and safety teams to drive the successful execution of early phase clinical studies.
Developing and reviewing clinical study protocols, study reports, and other key study documents.
Interpreting clinical trial data and providing medical insights to inform decision-making and guide clinical development strategies.
Your Profile:
Medical degree (MD) or (DO)
Extensive experience in clinical research and development, ideally as a Principal Investigator for Early Phase clinical trials
Clinical Practice Experience, ideally in general medicine.
Medical Monitoring experience highly preferred
Strong understanding of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines.
