The role involves performing advanced thoracic surgical oncology procedures using robotic-assisted techniques for benign and malignant conditions of the lung, esophagus, mediastinum, and chest wall. Key Responsibilities

- • Perform the complete range of thoracic oncologic procedures including complex esophageal resections, mediastinal tumor excisions, anatomic lung resections, and chest wall reconstructions utilizing state-of-the-art robotic platforms
- • Collaborate with robotic thoracic team, physicians, clinicians, and administrators to maintain a culture of patient centeredness emphasizing quality, safety, and efficiency
- • Promote NHCI's multidisciplinary approach to patient care as a local, regional, and national leader in innovation and collaboration
Required
- • Fellowship trained, board-certified or ABTS board-eligible thoracic surgeon
- • Demonstrated proficiency in robotic thoracic surgery required

- • 3 - 5 years' clinical experience in thoracic surgical oncology preferred
