- • Transfer admissions seamlessly to the home HCA hospital
Required
- • BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
- • MD or DO
- • Texas license or eligibility
- • Family Practice with significant EM experience considered on a case-by-case basis

Compensation And Benefits
- Pay: Average $280+/hr at high-volume sites | Base $200 + RVU (day) | $230 + RVU (night)
- High volume defined as 30+ patients per 24 hours
- Full-time (12 shifts/month): $480,000+ annually in hourly pay — profit sharing is additional
- Profit sharing for physicians working 10+ shifts/month
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Malpractice: full coverage, including tail — no out-of-pocket costs
- 12-hour shifts (6am/6pm) | Full-time: 12 shifts/month | Part-time available
