Hematology/Oncology Physician (MD/DO)

This role involves diagnosing and managing hematologic and oncologic conditions with a focus on outpatient care. The physician will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support infusion center coordination, participate in tumor boards and quality initiatives, and contribute to growing oncology services in a rural healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and manage hematologic and oncologic conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care
  • Collaborate with infusion nursing, pharmacy, primary care, and specialty teams
  • Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based oncology initiatives
  • Provide compassionate education and support to patients and families
  • Participate in oncology call rotation as assigned
Required
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
  • Eligible for medical licensure in New Hampshire
  • Completion of accredited Hematology/Oncology fellowship
