This role involves providing primary care to a panel of approximately 2000 patients through 7 to 10 clinical sessions per week, each lasting about 4 to 4 ½ hours. Responsibilities include documenting visit notes and post-visit summaries in EPIC EMR and treating patients both in clinic and via video/phone.
Key Responsibilities

The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) is a leading group of over 1,800 physicians in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., exclusively caring for Kaiser Permanente patients. We invite applications for a full-time specialist in Adult Medicine at our Capitol Hill Medical Center.

What You Can Expect:
- This position is listed as a 0.8FTE, which is the equivalent of 32 hours per week and is reflected in the salary listed below

Minimum Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Eligible
- Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia

Effective July 1, 2026, the starting salary for this position will be $244,000 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, MAPMG offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
