Pediatrix Medical Group
This role involves providing neonatology coverage in NICU Level III and Level II units, with shifts that include 24-hour coverage consisting of 8 hours in-house and 16 hours on call, or an alternative 24-hour on call shift that may involve ground transport of certain neonatal cases. The position requires ongoing availability to support neonatal care at multiple healthcare centers.
Key Responsibilities
- • 24 Hour Shift- 8 hour inhouse, 16 hours on call
- • Alternative Shift: 24 hour on call that can include ground transport requirement
- • Ground transport criteria: Babies <28 weeks (220 0-7 weeks to 07 6/7 weeks), case by case HIE babies
- • Coverage of NICU Level III at Stormont Vail Medical Cener
- • Coverage of NICU Level II at St Francis Health Center
Required
- • Must be Board Certified
- • Must be IMLC Eligible or have an Active KS License
- • Minimum of 1 Year's Experience
- • Ability to Offer Ongoing Availability
