Mercy is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join our growing Emergency Department team at Mercy Hospital Ardmore in Ardmore, Oklahoma. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice high‑quality, mission-driven emergency medicine in a community hospital that blends advanced resources with a collaborative, physician-centered culture.

• 190-bed licensed regional hospital serving south-central Oklahoma with a full range of specialty support
• 37,000+ annual ED visits, offering a fast-paced yet well-supported clinical environment with strong patient flow
• 17 acute care emergency beds, designed for efficient throughput and exceptional patient experience
• Level III Trauma Center providing a broad mix of acuity and the opportunity to impact patients across multiple counties
• Consistent double-physician coverage, ensuring shared workload, strong teamwork, and safe, balanced staffing
• Robust support from experienced advanced practice providers
• Epic EMR integrated with DAX Copilot, offering AI-powered, voice-enabled documentation that enhances efficiency and reduces burnout

• $150,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Competitive hourly rates: Up to $292/hour with quarterly wRVU bonuses
