Physician PRN KidsCare
Provide pediatric urgent care coverage for patients ages 0-18 at Cottonwood Clinic in Murray, Utah, working with a team of healthcare professionals committed to quality care and excellent patient experience. The role includes 6-hour or 12-hour shifts on days and evenings, with occasional float shifts at nearby Intermountain KidsCare Clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- • work with a team of healthcare professionals who are committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience
- • practice at Cottonwood Clinic in Murray, Utah – just south of Salt Lake City as your primary clinic
- • see pediatric patients ages 0-18 in an Urgent Care setting
- • clinical time will be 6-hour or 12-hour shifts, days + evenings, and may fall on a Sunday through Saturday (open 7 days a week)
- • Float shifts at nearby Intermountain KidsCare Clinics are expected from time to time; requires an occasional commute
Required
- • MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- • Residency training in Pediatrics Required
- • Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
- • Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- • Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
- • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
- • The ability to efficiently utilize our electronic health record EPIC
Preferred
- • Previous Experience in an urgent care /emergency department setting preferred
