Key Responsibilities
- • Critically review agency-developed content, providing strategic medical recommendations to enhance brand communications.
- • Stay current with industry trends to provide up-to-date recommendations for brands.
- • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to achieve brand objectives.
- • Ensure consistent messaging by incorporating the brand's "medical hook" into new content.
- • Identify and execute on medical opportunities to drive strategic and tactical development.
- • Leverage data to tell compelling, differentiating stories and optimize brand communications.
- • Facilitate and participate in proprietary workshops to drive strategic growth.
- • Foster strong client relationships through participation in senior leader meetings and workshops.
- • Contribute to business development by crafting medical insights and driving strategic recommendations for pitches.
Required
- • Advanced degree (MS, MD, PhD, PharmD) in Clinical/Scientific field.
- • 7+ years' relevant industry experience.
- • Excellent communication skills, conveying medical concepts to diverse audiences.
- • Strong teamwork/collaboration, with efficient workflow management.
- • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the supervision of direct reports.
- • Experience developing and delivering strategic medical communications content, including scientific platforms, brand planning documents, and pitches.
- • Ability to apply strategic skills to drive business results through contributions to brand strategy, medical opportunity identification, and driving growth.
- • Financial and operational acumen related to staffing plans, department utilization, budgets, and resource allocation.

Salary
175,000-220,000
