Cardiology Advanced Imaging Physician
This role focuses on performing and interpreting non-invasive cardiovascular imaging studies to diagnose and manage a broad range of cardiovascular conditions. It also includes inpatient and outpatient care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, clinical education, and participation in academic activities.
Key Responsibilities
- • Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiovascular imaging studies, including echocardiography, cardiac MRI, CT angiography, and stress testing to diagnose and manage a broad range of cardiovascular conditions.
- • Participate in inpatient services, managing hospitalized patients with acute cardiovascular conditions.
- • Participate in outpatient the ambulatory care clinic.
- • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of cardiologists, surgeons, and specialists to deliver comprehensive care for complex cardiovascular patients.
- • Employ advanced imaging to guide treatment decisions, assess risk, and plan interventions, ensuring optimal outcomes for patients.
- • Supervise and provide clinical education to cardiology fellows, residents, and medical students, with a focus on advanced imaging techniques and clinical decision-making in cardiology.
- • Participate in academic activities including case discussions, conferences, and lectures.
