Key Responsibilities
- • Receive and review laboratory drug test results and assesses medical explanations for certain test results.
- • Contact donors who have non-negative non-DOT drug test results and communicate with the donor to determine if a prescription medication has caused the results.
- • Follow up with the donor to obtain documentation.
- • After documentation has been reviewed report the results to the company.
Required
- • Bilingual in Spanish required (ability to speak, read, and translate)
- • Comprehension of DOT regulations and ability to handle laboratory positives, substituted, adulterated, rejected or invalid drug screen interpretations.
- • Must be detail oriented and able to use a computer along with MS office.
- • Must be able to maintain confidential information and follow procedures for work processing.
- • Able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- • Must be able to listen well and follow directions precisely.
- • Must have excellent follow up skills, be able to work independently, and have a professional demeanor with customer service skills.
- • Must be highly motivated and have excellent written and communication skills.
- • A valid MRO Certification is a must.
- • The candidate we are seeking must be a licensed physician with current medical license.

Job Description
We are an MRO/TPA for many companies throughout the country. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Medical Review Officer for per diem/PRN work.
