Hospice and Palliative Medicine
Provides direct patient care and participates in teaching and supervision of residents and fellows, medical students, and other trainees. The role also includes faculty appointment eligibility through the OU College of Medicine, with appointment rank based on academic accomplishment and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- • Direct patient care as well as teaching and supervision of residents and fellows, medical students, and other trainees.
Required
- • Applicants must have or be able to obtain a Oklahoma medical license prior to employment
- • be BC/BE in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
- • completion of a Palliative Care Fellowship
- • Continued employment will be contingent upon successfully obtaining Board Certification in the eligibility timeframe of your specialty.
Preferred
- • Candidates are eligible for faculty appointments through the OU College of Medicine - appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishment and experience.
