Senior Medical Director (Dermatology)
This role provides comprehensive medical and safety monitoring for assigned projects while developing expert clinical development strategies, including protocol design and regulatory submissions. It also involves offering strategic medical and scientific guidance to project teams, supporting business development, reviewing medical and scientific documents, and mentoring staff.
Key Responsibilities
- • Providing comprehensive medical and safety monitoring for assigned projects.
- • Developing expert clinical development strategies, including protocol design and regulatory submissions.
- • Offering strategic medical and scientific guidance to project teams across all departments.
- • Supporting business development by providing expert input on RFPs, attending client meetings, and leveraging client relationships.
- • Reviewing and providing feedback on medical and scientific documents, including those from our medical writing department.
- • Mentoring, training, and providing therapeutic guidance to our staff to ensure operational efficiency.
Required
- • Medical degree plus board certification in Dermatology required.
- • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- • Expert-level knowledge in Dermatology and clinical development preferred.
- • Previous experience of working in a CRO environment is a plus.

- • The annualized minimum base pay for this role is $200,000.00 USD.
